Ian joined GWH Build in 2005 and has more than 20 years of experience in the design, construction and delivery of industrial and commercial buildings. Ian’s current role is Construction Manager Commercial and Industrial Projects where he heads up a team specifically formed, all with many years of experience, to deliver GWH’s commercial and industrial buildings, as well as warehouses, distribution centers, service stations, fast food premises, office fit outs, self storage facilities kid concern facilities, townhouse developments to name but a few. We match client requirements with development solutions, manage the design and approval process in house, and fund development projects from internal and external sources (via its access to equity and bank debt).This allows us to construct quality buildings with high end fit outs, deliver a premium product to specification on time and within budget, and manage lessee businesses and completed property developments. GWH Build has established a potent network of relationships with the key groups required to successfully deliver development projects for our clients. The combination of these relationships allows GWH Build to match client requirements for a development project with solutions to the key issues site selection, development planning, construction and funding. GWH Build operates lessee businesses and manages completed developments. GWH Construct was responsible procuring the site, designing the facility, seeking necessary development approvals, constructing the building and completing the fit out. Fully landscaped gardens and outer concrete hardstand, driveways and parking (reinforced definite outer pavement areas and black oxide car parking). GWH Build acted as the developer of the project and acquired the land, designed the premises, secured development approvals, secured debt funding and constructed, developed the property. Accommodation and Conference Facility constructed using brick veneer construction, truss metal deck roof, full commercial restrict and kitchen facilities along with packed fit out, fixtures and fittings of the accommodation rooms and conference facilities. Building includes ground floor, first, second and third floors plus fully landscaped gardens and outer definite hardstand, driveways and parking. Building constructed of reinforced definite slab, structural steel frame, precast definite wall panels and rendered masonry block outer and internal walls, aluminum windows and doors, and metal deck roofing. Fully landscaped gardens, signage and outer definite hardstand, driveways and parking (reinforced definite external pavement areas and black oxide car parking). The property included car parking and a hardstand area capable of supporting loaded double movements in and out of the facility. An example of the capabilities of the vertically integrated Hunter Group of companies Design, fabrication drawings, structural steel fabrication, precast panel fabrication and project construction are all kept in house to streamline project delivery and reduce construction time. Residential units over 2 levels with on ground car parking. The build includes precast wall panels, structural steel frame and ultra flooring system. Existing two store building with ground floor car park and beginning floor office with a floor area of approximately 480m2. An industrial building with office spaces, amenities, car parking landscaping.
